Are you a teacher or parent?
Would you like to teach kids sewing or incorporate sewing into your arts curriculum but don’t know where to start or how to organise a sewing class for kids?
Well…I’m running an Everything You Need to Teach Kids to Sew Workshop.
The workshop will take place on November 15 at 8pm ET which is 5pm PST. This time converter will help you work out what time it will be wherever you are located.
The cost is only $50.
My goal is simple: I want to give you everything you need to know in order to teach your kids and students to sew in a fun, creative, stress-free and relaxed way.
In the one-hour live Zoom I’ll show you what you need in terms of supplies and techniques as well as what you don’t need. I’ll give you useful tips and tricks to sidestep potential problems and to help you organise a successful sewing workshop/class. And I’ll show you how to sew a perfect first project for a group of kids. Also, there’ll be a Q & A at the end of the workshop, so bring all your how-to-sew-with-kids questions and concerns!
OK, this is what you get:
A one hour live workshop.
A lifetime recording of the workshop, which means, if you can’t attend you can still get the recording.
An Infomation Sheet summarising all the topics covered and providing useful links to my tutorials on all the sewing techniques discussed.
A cute Get to Know My Softie printable to give to your students.
Hope I see you there!
