Sewing Projects to Make with Kids!

Sew a Softie in July is almost here.

Starting on July 1st and continuing all month, two simple sewing projects to make with kids will appear every day on Insta by bloggers from around the planet.

Sew a Softie Kid Ambassadors will also be hosting Sew a Softie gatherings and teaching or getting together with friends to create and sew a softie as well!

Sew a Softie in July is a creative fun-filled month of free softie tutorials and get-togethers to show the world that anyone can sew, to inspire each other to sew with the next generation whether they be our kids at home or our students at school, and to help our world grow together by sewing together.

Is there anything else I need to know?

This years Sew a Softie in July theme is MAKE SOFTIE MAGIC HAPPEN!

Make Softie Magic Happen

It’s certainly some kind of magic when kids create a new softie friend.

And it’s magic when they realize that they have just created a wonderful softie all by themselves.

And when that happens, you can almost see your kids self-confidence grow. That’s genuine magic! That’s the real thing!
